Vistancia

Peoria, Arizona

The 7,100-acre Vistancia master planned community grand opened in 2004 and features five distinctive lifestyle communities – The Village at Vistancia, Blackstone at Vistancia, Trilogy at Vistancia, Northpointe at Vistancia, and FIVE NORTH at VISTANCIA. At completion, Vistancia will include 12,000 homes and approximately 32,000 residents. The Land Resources team manages the planning, development, and strategic marketing of the Vistancia master planned community, overseeing entitlements, planning & design, infrastructure improvements, parcel development, and amenity construction. Additionally, the marketing team works closely with builders to deliver targeted marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engage buyers, and support successful home sales. The community has sold over 8,300 homes to date.

Union Park at Norterra

Phoenix, Arizona

Located near the expansive USAA corporate campus in North Phoenix and nearby a vibrant entertainment, shopping, and employment corridor, the 400-acre master plan which opened in 2018 includes 1,100+ single-family homes, 11 private community parks, a 5,800 SF private recreation center, a K-8 elementary school, and walking paths throughout the community.

Scottsdale, Arizona

Land Resources led a comprehensive rebrand, including logo refinement, brand strategy and positioning highlighting Cachet Homes commitment to quality and luxury in the homebuilding industry. Following the success of this initiative, Cachet Homes expanded the partnership to include managing all aspects of their marketing. Today, Land Resources handles all marketing initiatives for Cachet Homes including digital marketing, website, advertising, CRM management, E-marketing, social media, realtor relations, sales collateral, and signage.
