Chris Reed has been part of Land Resources since its inception, instrumental in growing the company from a handful of team members and a single project into a dynamic presence across Arizona and other markets. Managing a wide range of complex operations, Chris leads partner relationships with individual landowners to homebuilders, municipalities, and institutional investors. His responsibilities encompass strategic direction, contract negotiations, financial analysis, and entitlements, supported by deep portfolio underwriting experience across residential land development, master-planned communities, and mixed-use development.
For Chris, successful development extends beyond the deal – it lies in unlocking value, solving complex infrastructure challenges, and stewarding projects with care. His leadership style centers on empowering his team, mentoring rising professionals, and fostering a culture rooted in integrity and service.
Grounded by his faith, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage children — cheering them on at sporting events, getting outdoors in the cooler air of northern Arizona, or serving alongside his local church community.
