Located within the award-winning Vistancia master planned community, The Villlage at Vistancia community offers family-friendly, multi-generational living with resort-style amenities and year-round activity. The Village includes two recreation centers, the Mountain Vista Club and the Foothills Center with pools, waterslides, an indoor basketball gymnasium, lighted tennis courts, a game lawn, and year-round events and activity.

The Village at Vistancia opened in 2004 and includes 3,640 homes and approximately 9,000 residents.

The Land Resources team manages the planning, development, and strategic marketing of the Vistancia master planned community, overseeing entitlements, planning & design, infrastructure improvements, parcel development, and amenity construction. Additionally, the marketing team works closely with builders to deliver targeted marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engage buyers, and support successful home sales.

Vistancia is touted as one of the most successful communities in Arizona and has been voted the #1 Master Planned Community in Arizona by Ranking Arizona in 2007, 2008, 2010, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023, 2024, 2025.
