Located near the expansive USAA corporate campus in North Phoenix and nearby a vibrant entertainment, shopping, and employment corridor, the 400-acre master plan which opened in 2018 includes 1,100+ single-family homes, 11 private community parks, a 5,800 SF private recreation center, a K-8 elementary school, and walking paths throughout the community.

Land Resources partnered with the developer in the early planning stages of the community, to create the brand positioning and marketing strategy, and has facilitate all marketing for the community since its official grand opening/launch in 2018. Land Resources is responsible for the development and management of the ongoing builder marketing program including budgeting, website, social media, e-marketing, advertising, and signage.
