Northpointe at Vistancia

Peoria, Arizona

Amongst the White Peak and Twin Buttes mountains lies the 3,450 acre community of Northpointe at Vistancia. Settled in the mountainous area of North Peoria, Northpointe is planned to include 3,250 homes, resort-style private recreation centers, community parks, a K-8 elementary school, and an 1,100 acre mountain preserve with hiking and walking paths at completion. Northpointe Phase I opened in 2021 with 437 lots by David Weekley Homes, Pulte Homes, and Richmond American on 150 acres and an infrastructure/amenity budget of $40 million. Phase 2 is under development with an additional 469 lots by Beazer Homes, David Weekley Homes, and Pulte Homes, and is planned to begin sales in 2023. Developer – Vistancia Master Holdings, LLC LRI provides all entitlement, engineering management and brand development/marketing services. HRD Construction is the general contractor for the onsite improvements and is providing construction management services for offsite improvements.

Mystic

Mystic at Lake Pleasant Heights is comprised of 210 acres of land in North Peoria within the master planned community of Lake Pleasant Heights. 423 lots are allocated to Lennar and Taylor Morrison for this scenic community. The construction budget for Mystic at Lake Pleasant Heights totals $55.1 million. Developer – Voyager Investment Properties HRD Construction provides all on- and off-site construction management services.

Storyrock

Scottsdale, Arizona

Located in Northeast Scottsdale, east of Troon Mountain, Storyrock is a 438-acre master planned community offering unparalleled views in a superior location. Storyrock’s luxury homebuilders include David Weekley Homes, Rosewood Homes, Shea Homes and Taylor Morrison. LRI provides entitlement, overall project management, and marketing services including the management of a builder marketing program and development of on and offsite signage. HRD Construction provides all on- and off-site construction management services.
