About

The 7,100-acre Vistancia master planned community grand opened in 2004 and features five distinctive lifestyle communities – The Village at Vistancia, Blackstone at Vistancia, Trilogy at Vistancia, Northpointe at Vistancia, and FIVE NORTH at VISTANCIA. At completion, Vistancia will include 12,000 homes and approximately 32,000 residents.

The Land Resources team manages the planning, development, and strategic marketing of the Vistancia master planned community, overseeing entitlements, planning & design, infrastructure improvements, parcel development, and amenity construction. Additionally, the marketing team works closely with builders to deliver targeted marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engage buyers, and support successful home sales. The community has sold over 8,300 homes to date.

Vistancia is touted as one of the most successful communities in Arizona and has been voted the #1 Master Planned Community in Arizona by Ranking Arizona in 2007, 2008, 2010, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023, 2024, 2025.
