The Harvest master planned community in Queen Creek, Arizona consists of 400 acres, showcasing the rich agricultural heritage and “Agritainment” theming throughout its town planning.
Harvest’s Phase I, 2 and 3 included 1,196 lots for Pulte Homes, Beazer Homes, Gehan Homes, David Weekley Homes, Landsea Homes, Lennar, and Richmond American Homes.
HRD Construction in partnership with TerraWest Communities provided project management including construction and subcontractor management, and budgeting.
Land Resources provided marketing services for onsite directional signage and builder signage guidelines and program management.
