Mark Hammons formed Land Resources Inc. and HRD Construction in 2014 with over 30 years of experience in entitlement planning, land planning and engineering and land development. His team of experts are focused on creating vision and value for property owners.

Chris Reed is responsible for financial analysis, cash flow projections, due diligence, bank/investor relations and entitlements. He has been engaged in portfolio analysis and underwriting at a national level involving various asset classes such as homebuilding, self-storage, retirement communities and other commercial development.

Gabe Hill leads all of LRI’s land development and HRD Construction properties by providing oversight and management of over $150 million in construction projects. He has also led the development of thousands of lots for various homebuilders.

Karen Howard is responsible for entitlements, due diligence, managing real estate transactions through closing, land planning and engineering, commercial broker-agent relationships, homebuilder and City coordination, and project management of development projects. She also serves as the primary lead and liaison for Design Review with new homebuilders and custom homesite owners.

Kimberley Clifford leads the brand positioning, identity development, marketing and launch strategy, builder program management, field marketing/signage and onsite community operations for large-scaled master planned communities in metropolitan Phoenix and Tucson markets.

Tammy Donaldson is responsible for construction accounting, financial reporting, auditing, job costing and general ledger. In addition, she prepares budgets by collecting, analyzing and consolidating financial data and recommends plans.

Karen Mozer oversees all company invoicing, accounts payable and receivables and is responsible for administration, office management and accounting operations.

Mike Verzani is responsible for budgeting and scheduling a diverse range of construction projects including all horizontal (grading, underground utilities, paving, etc.). Mike is also responsible for the day-to-day coordination of construction projects at Vistancia in Peoria and several other Phoenix metropolitan master planned communities.

With 15 years of experience in land development, Adam is responsible for scheduling and overseeing a variety of construction projects ranging from five to several hundred acres.
